Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the receipt for most items in new condition.

 

Conditions

  1. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included, without any marks or signs of wear (ex. makeup marks, deodorant marks, etc.) to be eligible for return. The original shipping fee (if any) is non-refundable, in most cases;
  2. For reasons of hygiene, the following items cannot be returned: bodysuits, lingerie, socks, underwear and other personal clothing;
  3. Please make sure to contact our Customer Service Team first before you return the items. Any return request not authorized by the customer service will not be accepted;
  4. If your purchase with coupon/gift card, we have the right not to refund the coupon/gift card you have used.

Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any return that does not meet our policy or exceeded the valid 30 days return period will not be accepted.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

If the product has quality problems, we will resend it to you for free or give you a discount coupon for next use. If there is no quality problem with the product, you need to bear the shipping cost of return and exchange.

Note: Any address on the parcel is not approved return address, we don’t accept the returned package without authorized return address from customer service.

We do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. service. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.Please return through your local post office to avoid tax.

The below conditions are not related to quality issues:

1) Loose threads, raw edges, thickness, touch, and color difference in monitor display;

2) Returns due to dissatisfaction in style, color, and changes in personal reason;

3) Damages due to use, wash, care, improper maintenance, self-repair, modifications, or other human factors;

4) There may be slight differences to different size with the same items due to individual design and style in items;

5) The sizing chart and the Customer Service Team can only offer recommendations before your purchase. Returns due to sizing issues do not constitute as quality issues

 

How to return the order?

Once we receive your request, we’ll be in touch and provide return instructions and refund options - you'll need to reply with your preferred refund option.

You'll need to ship your item(s) to the return address provided, then share the shipment tracking information with us.

That's it! Once we receive your returned package, we'll take care of the rest and process your refund as soon as possible.
